MATERIAL
Cell Method (European Pharmacopoeia) A variation of the paddle over disk method as described in the European Pharmacopoeia "Dissolution test for transdermal patches (2.9.4)". The extraction cell is placed flat on the bottom of the vessel. Distance between the paddle and the surface of the patch should be 25mm ±2mm. After introduction of the cell stirring should start immediately, suggested speed in the European Pharmacopoeia is 100rpm.
